Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase date or up to 14 days after the product is delivered, whichever is later. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@theessentialsclothes.com to request a return authorization. Upon approval, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only prior to shipping. To cancel your order, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. A cancellation fee of 6.9% + $1 will apply to cover payment gateway, warehouse, and platform charges.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds or reshipments will not be processed under the following circumstances:

  • Orders that were not delivered due to customer error, such as an incorrect shipping address.
  • Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays or natural disasters.
  • Incorrect sizes selected from categories such as Shoes, Hoodies, T-shirts, Sweatshirts, where a size chart specific to each country is provided.
  • Electronic items, which are not eligible for refunds.
  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the specified shipping address.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Shipping
